After a bit of thought, Chris decided he wanted Coach to put him through an *arm workout. (*Not advised)

Chris was doing pretty good at this point in the workout....

Then right around here...what's that saying...?

...something about 'be careful what you ask for, you may recieve it'. Is that how it goes Chris?

Pain aside, Chris had no complaints...good luck brushing your teeth for the next few days Chris!
