Excessive soy intake will toxically increase estrogen levels and create an environment for hypothyroidism. Not to mention, an increase in the amount of adipose tissue stored in the chest and butt. oh, the cruelty of soy!

1. thyroid gland- soy has anti-thyroid properties 2. pituitary gland- soy can disrupt LH/FSH production

Too much Soy in the diet leads to increased Estrogen. This can cause fat storage around the chest and thigh areas. It has also has a negative effect on the Thyroid gland causing Hypothyroidism.

My guess is it effects, as in it reduces testosterone and increases blood sugar so insulin increase. Resulting in lower sperm count and less free testosterone for muscle building. Also unstable blood sugar levels results in weight gain. J

None. There is no conclusive research that validates that soy is neither good nore bad for us....look at cultures across the planet where soy is a primary source of protein and the degree of healthiness that those cultures exhibit. Infertility is not an issue. You can refer to the Blue Zone data and book (blue zones on the planet...Okanowa being one where the main staples in the diet are vegetables and soy, and this island has one of the highest average life expectencies on the planet)
