My Seven Day Cleanse, Day 2

Jan 26

1/26/2010 7:24 PM

Tuesday January 26, 2010

This is day two of my seven day nutritional cleanse. After the blog was posted last night, I came home and added 3 teaspoons of Chi San which is an adrenal rebuilding product from Sweden that combines Rhodiola Rosea, Siberian Ginseng, and Schizandra Berries.  That is from my very elementary knowledge of the Swedish language as I read the label. I discovered this product shopping at a health food store in Halmstad while lecturing for Eleiko.

After my last meal, I watched 20 mintues of Mrs. Doubtfire with my daughter. Laughing is essential when cleansing. It helps to forget about the headaches.

Took a hot bath with Epsom salt, hot shower to rinse, and was off to bed after putting 4 squirts of Topical mag on my thighs.

I had a very bad night sleep, waking up at:
-   0:40 probably caused by reactive hypoglycemia. No fats in this cleanse.
-   2:35 Liver meridian is whacked from all the detox going on.
-   5:24 Triple warmer meridian taking a beating too.

Woke up with a headache reminiscent of being interrogated LAPD seventies style with the “telephone book” method, and bi-lateral shoulder pain scoring 10 out of 10 on pain scale.
After breakfast, went to get massage with Rosa Pico. She used essential oils, and some Chi Kung, came out 0 out of 10 on right shoulder, 1 out of 10 on left shoulder. The headaches were 70% better.

What I learned from yesterday:
Add a multi-vitamin to protocol, I am doing a great job with phase 2 detoxification with the aminos, I realize I may not prompt enough phase 1 detoxification because of not enough minerals and vitamins.

My Plan for Day 2

Upon awakening:
15 grams of Modified Citrus Pectin in a full glass of water, 2 tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll are added to the mix for further alkalinization.

I switched to Citrus Pectin, as it is great at pulling heavy metals. And from experience, you can develop an intolerance from fibers very rapidly if you don’t switch them around.

Meal 1:
To prevent taste fatigue, I am switching to Inflam Px, Mango Banana got old at the end of the day.

Inflam Px, 3 scoops in ¾ liters water
20 grams of glutamine
10 B.C.A.A. Excellence
5 Yang-R-ALA

Meal 2:
30 grams of Primal Greens in ¾ liters water. Switching here to prevent taste fatigue again.
20 grams of glutamine
10 Amino Acid Supreme
10 B.C.A.A. Excellence
5 Yang-R-ALA
1 Über C
2 P1P2 Balance

4 sticks of celery, new green vegetable of the day.

Meal 3:
Primal Clear pH, 3 scoops in ¾ liters water
20 grams of glutamine
2 Vasculo Guard Px
10 B.C.A.A. Excellence
1 Über C
2 P1P2 Balance

Meal 4:
30 grams of Phyto Px,mixed in ¾ liters of pure water
20 grams of glutamine
10 Amino Acid Supreme
10 B.C.A.A. Excellence
1 Über C
2 P1P2 Balance
6 sticks of celery
1 added two Holy Basil to deal with headaches.

Meal 5:
Inflam Px, 3 scoops mixed in ¾ liters of pure water
2 Vasculo Guard Px
20 grams of glutamine
5 Yin-R-ALA
2 Hepato Force
4 Über Mag

Meal 6:
30 grams of Primal Greens mixed in ¾ liters of pure water
20 grams of glutamine
1 Perfect E 3.0
2 Hepato Force
5 Yin-R-ALA
4 Über Mag

Before Bed:
30 grams of Primal Greens mixed in ¾ liters of pure water
20 grams of glutamine
1 Perfect E 3.0
2 Hepato Force
5 Yin-R-ALA
4 Über Mag

15 grams of Modified Citrus Pectin 1 in a full glass of water, with 2 tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll added to it.

I also drink a supplemental glass of water within 10 minutes of doing the fiber solution. Today I added a squeezed lime in it to make myself more alkaline.

Tonight, I am putting Castor Oil on liver to further aid detoxification.

4 pumps of Topical Mag on skin.

Comments:
Today is my daughter’s birthday, so shopping for her birthday cake, Tiramisu (my favorite) was torture. So was making her one of my World Class blonde omelettes…

I have craving for apples and pomegranate juice, rice with melted butter.

Re: My Seven Day Cleanse, Day 2

Charles, i've noticed you're taking alot of support for the liver during your cleanse. You're a lean individual and my question is why are you taking so much support? Is it becaause of the rapidity of the detox being 7days or do you need additional support to detoxify normally. If someone who has higher bodyfat percentages was to attempt this, would that be wise or they should wait till they are leaner so there is less stress on the body and liver...

Look forward to your end results and chatting with you during the Female Physique Seminar in Feb. Cheers!

Coach,

I don't see probiotics in your cleaning protocol like Proflora DF. I have many customers who use to drink a lots of cola and probably have damaged intestines. With your protocol, can we add Uber GI and Proflora DF at the same time or we have to wait till the cleaning is done?

Thanks!

Re: My Seven Day Cleanse, Day 2

Thanks for all the comments. I've posted feedback below:

Lou, I am doing so much support for the liver because I know it is my weakest link, and my blood work indicates it as well.

Jean-Phillippe, you can add Proflora DF and S.B. to the protocol for those individuals. There isn't any in mine because I don't do support for that pathway, as I always do well in CDSA's.

Luke, No meals, just what is on the sheets. The premise is to give the GI track a rest and get rid of food intolerances.
