1.  They do spinning classes. That and disco fly swatting will get you nowhere fast in your pursuit of lean physique.

2.  They have Kashi for breakfast with skim milk for breakfast. Eat the cardboard box, it is higher in nutrients.

3.  They go for coffee after training. Coffee is great pre-training, horrendous post training. You want high cortisol when you train, not after.

4.  They follow a low fat diet, fearing that fat makes you fat. In the process, they avoid nutrient dense foods like avocadoes that would help much raster.

5.  They consume soy products that shrink their brains not their hips because of the toxic levels of manganese.

6.  They eat bagels because they are low fat. Gasoline is also low in fat. Would you drink that?

7.  They don’t make time for themselves. Here is the best fat loss tip for women: take a week off just for you, no boyfriend/partner/husband and no kids.

8.  They consume grains. Part of a healthy and balanced fat butt.

9.  They use beauty products loaded with harmful chemicals such as parabenes.

10.  They don’t follow the axiom: You are your schedule.


P.S. Men are dumb, but not that dumb. For example, I can’t believe that women think we fall for the following camouflage combo:

Diversion 1: sweatshirt tied with sleeves around butt to hide the fact that you should actually hang an orange triangle on it.

Diversion 2: 150-350 dollars hair cut.


Reality check:

The 150-350 dollars haircut does not attract our attention from the wide load. We actually don’t even notice when you get your hair done. If a male notices your hair cut, he is gay, or he has not admittedit to himself. Proof? When he gets up from your couch, he rearranges the pillows.

Hey I arrange the pillows when we are done banging on the couch. But that is because it is my couch and I give a crap how it looks, sorta like why I am in such good shape; because I give a crap how I look.

Other than that SPOT ON! Posting this to all my lady friends. #1 especially proof? Stand outside of any Soul Cycle in NYC and count the fatties as the come out.

Absolutely love it!! Just launched a new eating program based on a metabolism check and am absolutely loving the freedom to include fat in my diet - hope it will be a good decision!

I love it. Now if only I could convince the women I train to stop eating grains. Any tips there? Telling them "it will make you thin" isn't enough.

and ask me if I really care what the hell a man thinks. If I am healthy and feeling great and I think I look great - that's all that matters......I take care of my body because of the gift of health. When women concentrate on how they look they miss the whole point of being healthy. You can be extremely healthy have a great body and have one ear, one eye and no hair. Your reality check - well - you could have left it off the page....!

spinning does not make you fat. but that is only if you work as hard as the hardest person in the class. I'm a cyclist, and have resistance on the highest of the high....and that's only when its crappy outside and I have to get a ride in. so keep spinning ladies, but dont go home and gorge after just because you "worked out" :)

You are on the razor's edge of being a misogynist. How about using some research to back up your assumptions? Also, how about using spell check before submitting. Oh, and your "diversion" references - maybe you wouldn't be so critical of women if you were getting laid more. Step 1: show some appreciation, starting with our shiny hair and our plump asses. Soya shrinks your brain ! thats bull, dairy is for cows and gives humans cancer , people who re brainwashed into believing humans should consume dairy are fools , the lowest rates of breast cancer in the world are in the continents where the dairy consumption per capa is at its lowest , dairy in forced on people in western society from an early age and its rubbish for the body, giving you -kidney stones , skin problems, etc. People need to question what industries push on people , Dairy is not for human consumption and I would never give it to children

Yes I agree Dairy gives humans breast cancer amongst other illnesses which are started at young ages. Society will never acknowledge this as there is too much to be lost in the dairy industry , human health comes last I am afraid , all these protein products with milk based proteins are so harmful and people who consume these are really under educated regarding proper healthy food stuffs

Hmm... so what if I don't do ANY of the thinkgs on this list AND I take nutraceuticals for thyroid and adrenals specifically for my needs, and I still cannot lose 1 lb? I'm really dyin' here

Hmm.. I'm not doing ANY of those things, I am 7 wks in to GBC, I take quality nutraceuticals for thyroid and adrenals - and can't lose weight. What is wrong???

This article was rather amusing, and I agree that grains and soya are not the best for you, I did not see any mention of the need to consume dairy in the article, but that too is not good for you- the illnesses mentioned by above bloggers in all fairness are probably more related to the crap (i.e. hormones) that is pumped into cattle, especially in the states; books on anticarcinogenic diets suggest steering well clear of cow dairy and using goat products instead- any one tried goats butter? It's delicious, plus lower in cholesterol.

I am disappointed that this article was written in such a chauvinistic, oppressive and discriminatory manner. But it just goes to prove that Charles does not get how special having your hair done can make you feel- plus this is time which a woman can have being pampered, where the focus is on her and she can relax.

Women need motivation, without put downs, hopefully teens and women with eating disorders do not get a hold of this article as it could really do some damage.

Nonetheless for those who are wanting to lose weight, perhaps they can take something away from this and make some changes to achieve the figure that they desire.
