Hi Coach! Is it possible for you to hand out an article on the "perfect" balanced athlete. For example if your 1rm Benchpress is a 100kg, you should have a 65 kg(65%) 1rm military press. If you could show a chart of the main exercises, Snatch vs cleans( power vs full) Backsquat vs frontsquat. Benchpress vs chinup etc. A chart over the hole body so I can easily see when the body is out of alignment ! An easy way to balance our athetes! Thanks =) Love your work!
This information is covered at length in the PICP level 1 and 2 courses. Tables with normative data would be useless to provide unless you know the finer points of the technical necessary involved for those lifts to be qualified as valid.
